RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Order cancellations after item(s) is dispatched is non refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Used books are not entitled to returns.

Additional non-returnable items:
Store gift cards
Cards and gift wrap
Used or sharpened pencils
Pencil lead
Pen refills or ink cartridges
All types of tape (including but not limited to washi tape)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be provided with an address to mail your return to should your request be approved.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Incorrect Delivery Returns
We try our very best to avoid this, but if you believe you've received the wrong item, simply lodge a return by contacting us at support@lineae.co and we will assist you from there.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items that are found to be used (including but not limited to notebooks, books, notepads and all other paper goods) will not be accepted.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lineae.co.

Sale items (if applicable)
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final.

Bulk orders (if applicable)
There are no refunds or exchanges on products purchased in large quantities, at reduced rates. All sales are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Pre-orders (if applicable) 
There are no refunds or exchanges on pre-ordered items. All sales are final and any deposit paid up front is not refundable. A credit note may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lineae.co together with photos of the defective or damaged item(s). We will then evaluate your request and send you further instructions on returning your item, and/or receiving a replacement.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/code will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING
All returns are to be shipped back to a local Malaysian address if a return or exchange is approved (refer to conditions above). There is a RM50.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items not in original and unopened condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and ensuring that the item is packed safely to avoid damages during shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your item was sent with free shipping, we may withhold the cost of the original postage.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Līneae is not responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
