Domestic Courier Services

We usually use NinjaVan, GD Express and Pos Laju Malaysia for our domestic delivery services. These are registered shipping services that allows shipments to be tracked. Estimated delivery times are between 3-6 business days after fulfilment. Note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, logistics and delivery services are delayed and we will strive to provide updates to our best knowledge as the situation fluctuates.

This service requires a signature upon delivery, therefore it is recommended that you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left to visit your local carrier. Carriers will not leave packages unattended or unsigned for.

• Deliveries can be made to PO BOX or street addresses.
• Delivers from Monday-Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends (unless otherwise determined by the courier service) or public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, and do not apply for bulk orders.

Local Delivery

For express delivery, shipping via Grab Express is available for certain products for areas within the Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. A flat rate of RM12.00 applies and is subject to change.

International Courier Services

We use tracked parcel delivery services to ship international orders with all shipments tracked. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary from country to country. The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 15 days depending on the destination country.

This service requires a signature upon delivery, therefore it is recommended that you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel.

• Deliveries can only be made to street addresses.

^VAT & DUTIES

Please note that Līneae does not charge VAT and duties on top of the product price. Customers will have to bear the costs of any VAT or duties charged by customs upon arrival in their country, including entry into the European Union and UK, if the value of items exceed the threshold determined by Customs in the delivery country. Customers will pay these extra costs at the time of delivery.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please let us know by e-mailing support@lineae.co within 7 days of receiving your goods if you wish to return a product that is faulty, or if you believe you have received the wrong item to your order. Please include pictures of the fault or damage for your request to be considered.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Order cancellations after an item(s) is dispatched is non-refundable.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final.

There are no refunds or exchanges on items sold as samples (or tagged as 'Sample Sale'). All sales are final.

There are no refunds or exchanges on bulk orders or products purchased in large quantities, at reduced rates. All sales are final.

There are no refunds or exchanges on items purchased via pre-order. Any deposit paid is non-refundable if a customer wishes to cancel their order. A credit note may be granted on a case-by-case basis. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

If the item is faulty we will replace it or provide a refund when the item is returned to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items that are found to be used will not be accepted. 

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds generally take anything from 5 to 10 business days to be processed.

Please note that the buyer has to bear the cost of return shipping.

PACKAGING

In an effort to care for our planet by reducing unnecessary waste and packaging, we are up-cycling and reusing packaging materials to pack your orders where possible. This includes carton boxes, tissue wrap, and packaging fillers. Hence, you may receive packaging materials that may not bear our brand name but that's ok as we take upcycling seriously and believe strongly in reducing wastage.

In turn, we encourage you to up-cycle, re-use, compost and recycle your packaging where possible as well. You may notice that some of our cards and notebooks do not come with protective sleeves or packaging to reduce on unnecessary packaging. We also endeavour to use compostable or recyclable mailers where suitable to have a smaller impact on the environment. We believe that every effort, no matter how small, plays a part in caring for our planet.
