Founded in 2009 by Kateina achov, Filip ach and Denisa Havrdov, Papelote is a modern Czech stationery company specialising in the production of quality accessories for work and everyday life. At Papelote, paper is more than just a simple base for writing, but instead a "material that is full of flavour, scent, sound and colour." Famous for their internationally patented pen loop design - the brainchild of designer Kateřina Šachová - they are wholly produced locally in Czechoslovakia, and made in workshops near the town of Lidice and have been gracing notebooks and notepads the world over while keeping our writing instruments safe!
